Политика конфиденциальности
Коротко: yavka хранит твои места, заметки и фото, чтобы они были у тебя на любом iPhone после входа. Мы не анализируем твоё поведение, не продаём данные и не показываем рекламу. Всё можно удалить одним действием в профиле.
Кто отвечает за данные
Оператор данных — Дмитрий Шевченко, физическое лицо, разработчик и издатель приложения yavka в App Store (индивидуальный аккаунт разработчика Apple). По любым вопросам о данных пиши на dmmm.shevchenko@proton.me.
Что собирается и зачем
Приложение собирает только то, без чего не работает. Ни одного поля «на будущее».

Аккаунт
Внутренний идентификатор пользователя, идентификатор Apple (его выдаёт Sign in with Apple) и e-mail — твой или relay-адрес Apple, если при входе ты скрыл почту.
Зачем: узнавать тебя при входе и показывать твои места на любом твоём iPhone. E-mail виден тебе в профиле как подпись аккаунта. Писем на него не шлём — ни рассылок, ни уведомлений.

Места и заметки
Названия, адреса и точки мест, статусы «был» и «хочу», даты визитов, теги, поля «источник» и «ссылка», твоя заметка и записи инбокса — текст, ссылки, название и заметка из «Я тут».
Зачем: это и есть твоя база — то, ради чего приложение. Хранится в твоём аккаунте, видна только тебе.

Геолокация
Точные координаты: точка места или чекина в момент, когда ты её сохраняешь, и твоё положение на карте, пока карта открыта. Разрешение — «При использовании приложения»; фоновой геолокации нет, истории перемещений нет.
Зачем: поставить место на карту и показать, что рядом. На устройстве хранится только последняя точка — она нужна чекину с крышки телефона, если свежую поймать не удалось, и используется, только если ей не больше 15 минут.

Фото мест
Снимки, которые ты сам прикладываешь к месту — с камеры или из галереи. Перед отправкой фото ужимается, метаданные EXIF и GPS-метки срезаются.
Зачем: вспомнить место. Лежат в приватном хранилище, доступ к ним — только у тебя через твой аккаунт. Галерею целиком приложение не читает.
Основание обработки — работа приложения, о которой ты просишь, когда входишь и сохраняешь места. Геолокацию и доступ к камере или фото ты даёшь отдельным разрешением iOS и в любой момент можешь отозвать в Настройках — приложение продолжит работать без них.
Где хранится
На сервере. Данные обрабатывает Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) — процессор, который хранит их по нашему поручению. Проект размещён в регионе eu-central-1 (Франкфурт, Германия, ЕС): база данных Postgres и приватное хранилище файлов. Доступ держат правила на уровне строк: твои записи читает и меняет только твоя сессия. Как любой сервер в интернете, Supabase видит адрес и технические заголовки запросов приложения; отдельно эти данные мы не собираем и не анализируем. Политика Supabase — supabase.com/privacy.
На iPhone. Локальный кэш — места, инбокс и очередь неотправленного — лежит в контейнере приложения, чтобы всё работало без сети. Последняя точка геолокации и записи «Я тут» до отправки — в общем контейнере приложения и его расширений (App Group). Выход из аккаунта кэш не стирает, чтобы не потерять неотправленное; стирают его удаление аккаунта и удаление приложения.
Чего нет
- Аналитики и трекинга. Ни счётчиков, ни SDK аналитики, ни рекламных идентификаторов. Единственный сторонний SDK в приложении — supabase-swift, клиент того же Supabase.
- Рекламы и продажи данных. Твои данные никому не передаются и не продаются.
- Телефона и контактов. Номер не спрашиваем, адресную книгу не читаем.
- Фоновой геолокации и истории перемещений.
- Чужого контента. В приложении видны только твои собственные места.
- Других провайдеров входа. Войти можно только через Sign in with Apple; Apple передаёт нам идентификатор и e-mail (или relay-адрес) — и ничего больше. Карта и поиск мест в приложении — Apple Карты: это системные сервисы iOS, они работают по правилам конфиденциальности Apple.
Твои права и как ими воспользоваться
Всё, что хранится, ты видишь и правишь прямо в приложении: любое поле места и заметку — в карточке места. Отдельные действия:
- Удалить всё. Профиль → «Удалить аккаунт» → «Удалить аккаунт и данные». Удаляются места, инбокс, фото и запись аккаунта на сервере, затем кэш на устройстве. Если в этот момент нет сети, приложение попросит повторить удаление; пока оно не завершено, данные никуда не отправляются.
- Забрать копию. Профиль → «Скопировать список» — все города, оба статуса, адреса, заметки, теги и ссылки одним текстом в буфер обмена. Копия одного места — из его карточки.
- Отозвать вход через Apple. Настройки iPhone → твоё имя (Apple Account) → «Вход с Apple» → yavka → перестать использовать. Это закрывает только вход: данные на сервере отзыв не удаляет — сначала удали аккаунт в приложении, затем отзывай вход.

Сколько хранится
Пока у тебя есть аккаунт. После удаления аккаунта места, инбокс, фото и запись аккаунта удаляются, локальный кэш стирается с устройства.
Дети
Приложение не предназначено для детей до 13 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем их данные. Если узнаем, что аккаунт завёл ребёнок, — удалим его.
Этот сайт
Страницы сайта не ставят cookies, не считают открытия и не подключают чужие скрипты и шрифты. Запросы посетителя видит хостинг сайта, как любой веб-сервер, и — на странице списка — Supabase, у которого страница запрашивает список.
Изменения политики
Действующая версия — всегда на этой странице, с датой наверху. Текущая — от 5 октября 2026. Когда изменится что-то существенное — например появится страница списка по ссылке, — обновим дату и опишем, что поменялось.

Privacy
Privacy Policy
In short: yavka stores your places, notes and photos so that you have them on any iPhone once you sign in. We don’t analyze your behavior, don’t sell data and don’t show ads. You can delete everything with a single action in your profile.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Dmitriy Shevchenko, an individual, the developer and publisher of the yavka app on the App Store (an individual Apple developer account). For any questions about your data, write to dmmm.shevchenko@proton.me.
What is collected and why
The app collects only what it can’t work without. Not a single field “for later”.

Account
An internal user ID, your Apple identifier (issued by Sign in with Apple) and an email address — your own, or an Apple relay address if you chose to hide your email when signing in.
Why: to recognize you when you sign in and to show your places on any of your iPhones. You see the email in your profile as the account label. We don’t send anything to it — no newsletters, no notifications.

Places and notes
Place names, addresses and map points, the “been” and “want” statuses, visit dates, tags, the “source” and “link” fields, your note and inbox entries — text, links, and the name and note from “I’m here”.
Why: this is your own database — the reason the app exists. It is stored in your account and visible only to you.

Location
Precise coordinates: the point of a place or a check-in at the moment you save it, and your position on the map while the map is open. The permission is “While Using the App”; there is no background location and no movement history.
Why: to put a place on the map and show what’s nearby. Only the last point is stored on the device — a Back Tap check-in needs it when a fresh one couldn’t be caught, and it is used only if it is no more than 15 minutes old.

Place photos
Photos you attach to a place yourself — from the camera or from your photo library. Before upload, a photo is downscaled and its EXIF metadata and GPS tags are removed.
Why: to remember the place. Photos are kept in private storage, and only you can access them, through your account. The app doesn’t read your photo library as a whole.
The basis for processing is providing the app’s features that you ask for when you sign in and save places. You grant access to location and to the camera or photos through separate iOS permissions and can revoke them at any time in Settings — the app keeps working without them.
Where it is stored
On the server. Your data is processed by Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) — a processor that stores it on our behalf. The project is hosted in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt, Germany, EU): a Postgres database and private file storage. Access is enforced by row-level security rules: only your own session can read and change your records. Like any server on the internet, Supabase sees the IP address and technical headers of the app’s requests; we don’t collect or analyze this data separately. On your iPhone. The local cache — places, inbox and the queue of changes not yet sent — is kept in the app’s container so that everything works offline. The last location point and “I’m here” entries not yet sent are kept in the container shared by the app and its extensions (App Group). Signing out doesn’t erase the cache, so nothing unsent is lost; it is erased when you delete your account or delete the app.
What we don’t do
- No analytics or tracking. No counters, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers. The only third-party SDK in the app is supabase-swift, the client for the same Supabase.
- No ads and no selling of data. Your data is not passed on or sold to anyone.
- No phone number or contacts. We don’t ask for your number and don’t read your address book.
- No background location and no movement history.
- No other people’s content. The app shows only your own places.
- No other sign-in providers. You can sign in only with Sign in with Apple; Apple gives us an identifier and an email address (or a relay address) — and nothing else. The map and place search in the app are Apple Maps: these are iOS system services, and they work under Apple’s privacy rules.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can see and edit everything that is stored right in the app: any field of a place and your note — in the place card. Separate actions:
- Delete everything. Profile → “Delete account” → “Delete account and data”. Your places, inbox, photos and account record are deleted on the server, then the cache on the device. If there is no connection at that moment, the app will ask you to retry the deletion; until it is complete, no data is sent anywhere.
- Get a copy. Profile → “Copy list” — all cities, both statuses, addresses, notes, tags and links as a single text in the clipboard. To copy a single place, use its card.
- Revoke Sign in with Apple. iPhone Settings → your name (Apple Account) → Sign in with Apple → yavka → stop using it. This only stops sign-in: revoking doesn’t delete the data on the server — delete your account in the app first, then revoke sign-in.

How long it is kept
As long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your places, inbox, photos and account record are deleted, and the local cache is erased from the device.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account was created by a child, we will delete it.
This website
The pages of this website don’t set cookies, don’t count visits and don’t load third-party scripts or fonts. A visitor’s requests are seen by the website’s hosting provider, as with any web server, and — on the list page — by Supabase, which the page requests the list from.
Changes to this policy
The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. This version is dated 5 October 2026. When something significant changes — for example, when the shared list page arrives — we will update the date and describe what has changed.
